Software Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the GCC region.
  • 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • 4. Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process to ensure customer needs are met.
  • 5. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
  • 6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • 7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • 8. Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales activities, and report on sales performance.
Requirements
  • 1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2. Minimum of 3 -4 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • 3. Strong technical knowledge of software solutions and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • 4. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • 5. Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
  • 6. Extensive network and thorough knowledge of the GCC market.
  • 7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
